Sonoff Zigbee SNZB-05P Smart Water Leak Sensor is an advanced solution for protecting your home or office from leaks and flooding. The sensor detects water as deep as 0.5mm thanks to its raised probe design and concave structure to collect drops, enabling a quick response at the beginning of a leak. It is suitable for placement near washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, water heaters, sinks and bathrooms – and provides real-time alerts as soon as a leak is detected.

With Zigbee 3.0 technology connection, the sensor easily integrates with smart home hubs such as SONOFF NSPanel Pro, SONOFF iHost, ZB Bridge Pro, ZBDongle-E, and also with SmartThings Hub. When water is detected, it can be configured to trigger smart scenes: closing a smart water valve, triggering an alarm, sending instant notifications to the app, and even automatically taking pictures on security cameras. Even if the WiFi network drops – local Zigbee scenes continue to work, ensuring continuous protection.

The sensor comes with high water and dust resistance IP67, powered by a CR2477 battery that lasts up to 5 years of reliable use, and supports the possibility of connecting extension cables to detect water in a wider area without length limitation.
