Lesson plans – athletes and winners! Along with the Lego brick set, teachers receive a series of lesson plans that include fascinating videos and printable worksheets to excite and inspire students. The lesson plans also include videos for teachers, assessment tools and math and language extensions.
The lesson plans are divided into a plan suitable for compulsory kindergarten age – label 2 (“practicing and succeeding”) and a plan suitable for grades 3-5 (“winning with science”). Here are the study plans:
Practicing and succeeding (compulsory kindergarten – 2nd grade)
This system teaches concepts of force and motion while the students learn about the cause and effect of push and pull forces. During the lessons the students learn to ask and answer questions, analyze data and present their ideas. In addition, they try to determine whether the designed solutions actually work as intended and change the speed or direction of an object by pressing or pulling.
