Set tmperature

1 . The rework station of luminous discharge tube display indication.

* Circumvolve the temperature control button to set the working temperature that you need.

2. The rework station of microcomputer digital LED

• Turn on power, press “A” or “V” , temperature display window will show the setting temperature
• Press “A” once ,the setting temperature rise 1 % ,press “V ” once, the setting temperature decline 1 C . If press “A” or “V ” all the time,the temperature will rise or declinesoonDisplaywindowshow the setting temperatureafter loose the buttontwoseconds later, It will show actual or show ”—” enter STAND BY STATE

SIGN explain

1. Display “—” , that means the air temperature lower than 100 C , station enter STAND BY STATE , hand handle on the holder.
2. Display “S-E” , that means the sensor have problem, it need replace heating element.
3. Display temperature lower than 50 C and temperature can not rise, that means the heating element damaged, need replace

Using knowledge

1 . Take care of the high temperature from the air exit of therework station or around it.

2. The hand handle must put on the holder when heating , It can not put on other place
3. Please keep the air exit clean
4. Put the hand handle on the holder after finished Let the station cool till less than 100 C before turn off power .
5. The distance of the air exit and the object at least
6. Choosing the different Nozzle according to the require , the temperature have a little difference for the different nozzle .

Replace Heating Element

1. Replace the heating element when
2. Loose the two fix screws in hand handle
3. Take out the hand handle shell 1, then take out shell 2
4. Move out the fan lightly, take out three screws which fix the c
5. Turn over the board, disconnect the line of heating element, please notice the position
6. Take out the heating element and mica paper from tube, do not break the ground line in the tube
7. Pack the new heating element with mica paper, then insert into the tube, It must install
8. Connect all the line according to the originally
9. Install the hand handle contrary opening .

Notice:

1. Don’ t damage the ground line that is in the steel tube when replace heating element.
2. Don’ t damage the contact line of
3. The fix pole in the shell need in the fix hole in steel tube when return
