    Set tmperature<\/h3>\n

    1 . The rework station of luminous discharge tube display indication.<\/p>\n

    * Circumvolve the temperature control button to set the working temperature that you need.<\/p>\n

    1. The rework station of microcomputer digital LED<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      • Turn on power, press “A” or “V” , temperature display window will show the setting temperature<\/li>\n
      • Press “A” once ,the setting temperature rise 1 % ,press “V ” once, the setting temperature decline 1 C . If press “A” or “V ” all the time,the temperature will rise or declinesoonDisplaywindowshow the setting temperatureafter loose the buttontwoseconds later, It will show actual or show \u201d—” enter STAND BY STATE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        SIGN explain<\/h4>\n
          \n
        1. Display “—” , that means the air temperature lower than 100 C , station enter STAND BY STATE , hand handle on the holder.<\/li>\n
        2. Display “S-E” , that means the sensor have problem, it need replace heating element.<\/li>\n
        3. Display temperature lower than 50 C and temperature can not rise, that means the heating element damaged, need replace<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          Using knowledge<\/h6>\n

          1 . Take care of the high temperature from the air exit of therework station or around it.<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. The hand handle must put on the holder when heating , It can not put on other place<\/li>\n
          2. Please keep the air exit clean<\/li>\n
          3. Put the hand handle on the holder after finished Let the station cool till less than 100 C before turn off power .<\/li>\n
          4. The distance of the air exit and the object at least<\/li>\n
          5. Choosing the different Nozzle according to the require , the temperature have a little difference for the different nozzle .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            Replace Heating Element<\/h6>\n
              \n
            1. Replace the heating element when<\/li>\n
            2. Loose the two fix screws in hand handle<\/li>\n
            3. Take out the hand handle shell 1, then take out shell 2<\/li>\n
            4. Move out the fan lightly, take out three screws which fix the c<\/li>\n
            5. Turn over the board, disconnect the line of heating element, please notice the position<\/li>\n
            6. Take out the heating element and mica paper from tube, do not break the ground line in the tube<\/li>\n
            7. Pack the new heating element with mica paper, then insert into the tube, It must install<\/li>\n
            8. Connect all the line according to the originally<\/li>\n
            9. Install the hand handle contrary opening .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Notice:<\/p>\n

                \n
              1. Don\u2019 t damage the ground line that is in the steel tube when replace heating element.<\/li>\n
              2. Don\u2019 t damage the contact line of<\/li>\n
              3. The fix pole in the shell need in the fix hole in steel tube when return<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
